Do I need an account to place an order?
No. All you need is an email address to place and track orders. To checkout faster, for order access updates - we recommend setting up an account. If you agree with our privacy policy, we will send you via e-mail exclusive rewards – from early sale access and priority customer care to unlimited free shipping and personal stylist’s recommendations.
I've forgotten my password, what should I do?
Follow the link “forgot my password” on our “Sign In” page and enter your email address. Then you will receive an email to reset your password.
Why does the password reset link not work?
Please always use the latest link to reset your password, which we have sent to you and use it within 2 days after delivery, otherwise the link will be invalid due to security reasons.
How do I receive an email updates?
Stay informed of new arrivals, trends and exclusive promotions by entering your email address at the bottom of our homepage. You can manage your email preferences in your account.

In our newsletter we inform you about our products and trends - of course this service is for free.

By subscribing to our newsletter you will receive the newest information about our products and promotions. So you can reserve your favored item, before anyone else can see it.
How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
You can subscribe to our newsletter via our "newsletter-sign-up" (on our welcome page) with your E-Mail address. Alternatively you can subscribe in your account by choosing "general subscription" under "my newsletters" in your customer settings.
How do I sign off from the newsletter?
In case you would like to sign off from our newsletter please inform us via e-mail at customercare@principedibologna.it or use the sign-off-link at the end of the newsletter.
How do I place an order on your website?
  1. Choose a category from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style
  2. Select your desired item with size and click «Add To Bag». Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout
  3. Enter your contacts, delivery address and сlick on the «Go to payment» button
  4. Select payment method and сlick «Pay»
  5. We'll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and sent to you, with updates every step of the way via e-mail. If you do not get our confirmation e-mail, please check you Spam folder or contact our customer service team.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, sure. Our Customer Service are happy to assist you with every question.
Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size. We’re really try to be quick at packing your order which means we might not be able to make any changes once you’ve placed it.

If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please call our Customer Care team as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

Please be aware that once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify your order.
Can I exchange my order?
We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of item(s) upon arrival of your return package.

However, you are more than welcome to return the item you don't wish to keep for a full refund and then place a new order for the item that you want instead.
What delivery options are available?
We have multiple delivery partners offering the best service and convenience to our customers.

We currently use GLS company as our courier partner across Italy, DPD and UPS as our courier across the rest of the another countries. More information about courier service partners are placed in delivery terms.
In which countries you provide delivery?
We can offer delivery to: Italy, Austria, Belgium, Netherland, Luxemburg, France, Germany, Finland, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Greece, Norway, Switzerland, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Gibraltar, Greenland, Iceland, Faroe Islands, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Ukraine, Principality of Monaco, Cyprus, Malta.
How long does the delivery of my order take?
The Company strives to send the products within 1 to 3 working days after confirming the order. Delivery terms depend on delivery location. We deliver with GLS company which can take up 1-5 working days, UPS company which can take up 3-4 working days and DPD company can take up 2-5 working days. More information about terms of delivery are placed in delivery terms.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a unique tracking number via email so you can check the current status of your shipment.
How much will I be charged for delivery?
The shipping costs depend on the selected country and weight of the parcel. You'll see the delivery fee at the checkout.
Do you offer Same Day delivery?
Unfortunately, not now. We can offer next day delivery in Italy.
Is it possible to repeatedly deliver my order?
In case we cannot meet you in person, when we are trying to deliver your order, our suppliers will try to meet you twice more time. If the last try to deliver won’t be successful, order will be cancelled.
Do I have to pay duty and import charges?
Local sales tax will be charged on all orders at checkout in selected states where applicable.
Which payment methods do you offer?
Our customers can choose between the following payment methods:
  • - Credit card (Master Card, VISA, American Express, Union Pay)
  • - ApplePay and GooglePay
Also in nearest time you will see PayPal and Klarna as a payment methods.
When is the value of my order being charged?
Generally we charge your order immediately after the order has been placed.
What happens in case of a chargeback/delayed payment?
For your safety we use a very reliable system that prevents any cyber attacks. If your payment was delayed please try again with another card.
Are the shown prices including VAT?
Yes, all our prices include VAT (varies in countries).
Returns and refunds
How to return?
  1. Please fill the return form.
    The return form is included in the box with your order. If you no longer have this, you can find it on our site.
  2. You can choose the courier company for the returns by yourself.
    We prefer that items are returned to us via nominated courier partners (UPS, DPD and DHL Express) so that they are protected and insured. If you are returning via DHL, please ensure you use DHL Express and not another third party, such as DHL Deutsche Post. You can also drop off your parcel at your local UPS store or facility.
    You can return using other third party providers, but we are unable to accept liability or responsibility for these.
    The shipping costs should be paid from your side.
  3. Pack the items. Use the original packaging provided to wrap the item(s) you are returning. Ensure the previous delivery label is covered with one of the returns labels.
    Put the return form into the parcel.
  4. Hand the parcel with goods and return form to the courier company. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed by our Warehouse.
What is your return policy?
If you wish to return the goods, please send the parcel with goods and filled return form to our Warehouse address within 14 days after you received the order. This 14 day period starts after the day when you have received the order.

Returns outside the timeframe specified may be accepted at our discretion. Before your order is shipped to you, each item undergoes a quality check process by our team of experienced quality checkers and packers.

All products must be returned unworn, unwashed and in intact state with all protective materials in place, as well as all attached Principe di Bologna and brand tags. A return includes all packaging, accessories, authenticity cards, and dust bags.

If you receive an item which is damaged or defective please contact our Customer Care Team immediately.
What do I do if I think an item that I purchased from your site is faulty?
Before your order is shipped to you, each item undergoes a quality check process by our team of experienced quality checkers and packers.

Please send us information into our email customercare@principedibologna.it and we’ll check it. When you get in touch with us, please provide your order number and photographs of your item. Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident or your own misuse- will not be considered faulty. If the faulty will be confirmed we will refund all delivery costs and taxes.
When do I get the money for my return?
Depending on the payment method selected, you will see the amount credited to your bank account in the next few days. This period varies according to each bank. But we can guarantee refund within 14 days from the date when your return is registered at our warehouse. The refund will be made back on to the payment method you used for your order.
Will delivery costs & duties be refunded on return?
At Principe di Bologna we are proud ourselves to sell premium products that have been carefully checked before we send them to you. Also we worked hard to provide to our customers right sizing information. .

The original delivery cost will be included to your refund only if our specialists confirm the faulty or defects. In another case delivery cost won’t be included.

To be notified about a sold out item being back in stock, go to the product information page. Select your size on the dropdown menu and choose size missing, then enter your email address and the size you need.
Can I reserve an item to buy later?
We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as items are often limited, we don't offer reservations.
