Returns
Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your request as smoothly as possible.
Return Policy

If you wish to If you wish to return the goods, please, send the parcel with goods and filled return form to our Warehouse address within 14 days after you received the order. This 14 day period starts after the day when you have received the order. Returns outside the timeframe specified may be accepted at our discretion.

Before your order is shipped to you, each item undergoes a quality check process by our team of experienced quality checkers and packers. All products must be returned unworn, unwashed and in intact state, with all protective materials in place, as well as all attached Principe di Bologna, and brand tags. This includes all packaging, accessories, authenticity cards, and dust bags.

If you receive an item which is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately.

Bags and Accessories

All packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

When trying on item(s) please handle light-coloured bags and accessories carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping them.

Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-coloured bags and accessories.

Shoes

When trying on shoes, please stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.

All items must be returned with the dust bag and original packaging, including the shoe box as this forms part of the product.

Shoe Boxes should remain intact by placing them in outer packaging when sending back to us, otherwise it will not be accepted.

The financial responsibility for the returned item(s) is yours until we have received the item(s), so we recommend that you only use reliable partner for shipping to our warehouse and the return-receipt should be kept safe until the return is processed by the Company.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way, in this instance, you may choose to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense.

If you want to exchange the item, please send back the wrong item and place another one order. If you need any help, please contact our Customer Care Team customercare@principedibologna.it

At Principe di Bologna we pride ourselves on selling premium products that have been meticulously inspected before we send them to you, as well as working hard to ensure that our sizing information is accurate.

As a result, if we notice that you have a high returns rate on your account, then we may take the decision to deactivate your account until we can understand a little more about what’s not quite working for you. We will contact you via email if we deem this an appropriate course of action – our Customer Care team will help to resolve the issue with you.

Refund

The Company will give you a refund of all amounts paid to The Company within 14 days after the item(s) have been received by us. The standard refund won’t include the shipping costs. If your order includes damaged or defective items, shipping costs will be included in refund. Your refund will be issued through the same means of payment used during the purchase.

How to return?

Please fill the return form. The return form is included in the box with your order. If you no longer have this, you can find it here.

You can choose the courier company for the returns by yourself. We prefer that items are returned to us via nominated courier partners (UPS, DPD and DHL Express) so that they are protected and insured.

If you are returning via DHL, please ensure you use DHL Express and not another third party, such as DHL Deutsche Post. You can also drop off your parcel at your local UPS store or facility. You can return using other third party providers, but we are unable to accept liability or responsibility for these.

The shipping costs should be paid from your side.

Pack the items. Use the original packaging provided to wrap the item(s) you are returning. Ensure the previous delivery label is covered with one of the returns labels.

Put the return form into the parcel.

Hand the parcel with goods and return form to the courier company. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed by our Warehouse.
